We head to the north for our Petra & Molyvos Day Trip.

Molyvos, a picturesque seaside village, boasts a castle, Ottoman Baths, the ancient agora and a beautiful harbour port lined with tavernas and cafes to take in the views. Shops line the wisteria covered streets and it feels like you are in another world. A dip at Eftalou hot springs and beach is always a delight most any time of the year.

Petra, a quiet village located at the sea has a beautiful beach and a real summer greek island vibe. It’s Panagia Church on the rock, the Vareltzidaina Mansion Museum and Stone House Gallery as just a few of the wonderful treasures located in the village. The Women’s cooperative provides opportunity to purchase some of the islands best preserves. A cooking class with a local yiayia (grandma) makes for a fun afternoon of learning Greek culture and cuisine and then partaking in it!
